Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

  • For Business partners: When you submit an inquiry or using another other Service provided through the Website, you direct Ultimate Insurance to share information about you or provided by you with Insurers and other third parties in our network, which to deliver the products and services your request (collectively, “Network Partners”). PLEASE NOTE: The Network Partners that interact with you may retain or use your information whether or not you use their services. You should contact these Network Partners directly concerning their privacy and information sharing practices. Pursuant to the contracts between Ultimate Insurance and its Network Partners, if you select a Network Partner through a Ultimate Insurance website, Ultimate Insurance may also receive information about you from that Network Partner including, but not limited to, the amount or disposition of your Insurance. Ultimate Insurance may maintain this information to assist with litigation, regulatory request(s), law enforcement requests, internal analytics, marketing purposes, and any other legally permissible purpose.
  • With Affiliates: We may share Your information with Our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include Our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that We control or that are under common control with Us.
  • With Business partners: We may share Your information with Our business partners to offer You certain products, services or promotions.
  • With other users: when You share personal information or otherwise interact in the public areas with other users, such information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside. If You interact with other users or register through a Third-Party Social Media Service, Your contacts on the Third-Party Social Media Service may see Your name, profile, pictures and description of Your activity. Similarly, other users will be able to view descriptions of Your activity, communicate with You and view Your profile.
Retention of Your Personal Data

What Personal Information Do We Disclose?

We have disclosed personal information for business purposes to third parties within the preceding 12 months in all the above categories. These disclosures are made to our third-party buyers, which are hyperlinked at https://www.ultimateinsurance.com/form/partners.php. This includes any indication of your need for a particular service or product featured on the Site and all personal information you submitted through the Site in conjunction with your request. Additionally, we disclose personal information in all the above categories to our third-party advertising partners, such as the owners of the brands featured on the Site, as well as third-party advertising networks. We also share personal information with our third-party Service Providers who log user experiences, assist with form population, and perform retargeting, and with third-party publishers to track clicks/conversions.

This information will be used to verify your request and attempt to identify you within our data records. If you choose to use an authorized agent to exercise your right to submit a request for information, we may require the following before processing the request: 1) proof of your written and signed permission for the authorized agent to act on your behalf; 2) direct verification of your identity with us; and 3) direct confirmation with us that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request on your behalf. We will only use the information you submit in conjunction with your request to verify your identity and provide you with the information requested.

Your Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of Your Privacy Rights

California affords consumers with the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by a business for the exercise of their privacy rights conferred by the CCPA. This means that you cannot be denied goods or services; be charged different prices or rates; be provided with a different level or quality of goods or services; or have it suggested that you will receive a different price or rate or different level or quality of goods or services.
